Im also a Master Trainer for the company and their style not only taught me how to understand my body and its movement capabilities but HOW to understand and re-teach other people the same concepts and fundamentals.
We offer weekend long certifications and have an online "live class" platform with many offerings through the week. Highly recommmend!
